Good Day Men & Women of Purpose

My 'life's' Purpose has been hinged on FINDING my Purpose...or at least for the last 13 years or so...Along my journey I discovered most of my purpose is connected to me encouraging, supporting and inspiring others to pursue their purpose; with passion...and this is where I teach, lead and guide others to the ONE who created "Purpose" itself...

After a few years Hiatus from Blogging, due to the birth of my 3rd child and what felt like God's silence...The Mind of Mie Blog is back but NOW as The Mind of Mie TV, also known as TMMTV...For years I have struggled with developing a love for reading...I have gotten better but I have a lot of work to do, so for those of you like me, this NEW YouTube channel is JUST FOR YOU!!!!!  If you don't like to read, just click on over to the YouTube Channel MieTV and SUBSCRIBE to "WATCH" what's on my mind!

What does death make you think about...

It is amazing how death makes you reflect...The more I live, the more I understand a little of why God desires you to save yourself for marriage....(I didn't...but I now understand a little of what He wanted to save us from...a lot of rejection, hurt, bitterness and shame)!  With each relationship we accumulate baggage, you know that right?  Whenever you buy a set of luggage, each bag differs in weight and size.  So, just as in our relationships, every time we were lied to, cheated on, under appreciated etc...those were weights added to our bags; making each one a different size.  Some situations were easy to get over and didn't really affect us too bad, then there were other situations that hurt us to the core, causing our luggage to be unbearable.  Now tell me, who wants to go through life with these HEAVY bags?  Definitely NOT ME! 

These bags affect our happiness! They affect our friendships and they definitely affect our intimate relationships!  If we want to have happier, healthier marriages and relationships, we must do whatever it takes to get rid of them! For me, I do this through my Faith in God and my prayer life with Him...Now don't get me wrong, I have not completely gotten rid of ALL my luggage but the Lord Jesus Christ has helped me to get rid of a whole heap of them already! PRAISE THE LORD...

So I'm writing this to Declare that I have released so much more baggage on the other day! To God be the Glory, I am a lot lighter today, because I had to examine myself AGAIN  "Real Talk"!!!!! and let go of any resentment, un-forgiveness or hurt experienced from an ex boyfriend of mine that passed away recently and was buried yesterday!  God is so good to me though because in the past,  before my ex boyfriend died, when I would think of him (as some people do when they think of an ex) all I would think about was the negatives of the relationship...but since he died, God allowed me to remember the positives!  Now, Although God designed for us to wait until marriage for such serious relationships, I thank God for what He saved me from, by allowing me to be with him. I could have been one of those fast little girls, running with every boy around and I could have gotten into way more trouble than I did growing up. 

So I shared all of this with you, in the hopes that it will hit a spot in your heart! The part that needs this, the part that can't rest and wants to be free from hurt!  I admonish you to reflect...Although reflection can be painful...it is NECESSARY...Think of every person (not just Ex's) who hurt you in one way shape or form...if you can't think of anyone, ask the Lord to bring it all back to your memory!  Some of you, for complete closure could go back to the individual(s) and confront t hem, hear their side...and then either way...FORGIVE THEM!  Then ask God, through Jesus and in Jesus' name; to teach you how to release every hurt and pain you experienced to Him...so you can be free!  Free to love and receive love, from the one true love that God has designed for you!  Although I did things that were not pleasing to God before I got saved, I do thank God for every experience because they have made me into the woman I am today...and with some tweaking and complete luggage discarding, I will become the woman God designed me to be!!! 

I pray The Lord releases you from every hurt and pain that you have ever experienced and that you learn from them and allow them to make you into the person God desires you to be in Jesus Name Amen!!

If I hear one more person say...

If I hear one more person say..."Jesus is the reason for the season", I am going to scream! Urggggg! 

So...I was thinking...As we get older things change! Right?!  Or at least they should! Our ways change, our thoughts change, our perspectives change and our mindsets change!  So to that end, so should this be with our spiritual selves! 

As Christians we should be getting closer to God, deeper in His word and our relationship with Him! As I reflect on this day, this season, I had to really ask myself "What does this all mean?" and this is the conclusion I came to...

Christ is NOT the reason for THIS SEASON!

"Young Eagles Arising"

"Two years ago I had an incredible encounter in two separate dreams which I had two hours apart. In recent days the Holy Spirit has brought this word back once again as several other prophetic ministers have been seeing and sharing the same revelation. These prophetic dreams are more relevant for today than they were when I received them. These were the dreams.

In the first dream I was in a huge ancient place. There were surrounding mountains that appeared to be made of ivory. A very gracious lady was giving me a tour of this magnificent place but I don't recall what her face looked like. All I could remember was that her countenance was pleasant and loving as an angel.
 
As I walked with her we saw numerous eagles in cages made of wood and metal. Each eagle was in its own cage. Many of them were not full-grown eagles but they were various ages and sizes. As this lady was showing me around, we noticed one young eaglet that broke out of its cage as it broke the wood by pushing it up with its beak and simply walking out. Although it was an eagle, its appearance was different from a full-grown eagle because it was a very young eaglet. When the lady saw this she laughed in amusement and gently placed the eaglet back into the cage because it wasn't time for it to be released.
 
There were also some young lions. There was one young lion which I knew was a female because it didn't have a mane. This young lion was on a long leash but I couldn't understand why it was so gentle rather than vicious. As I continued to walk with her I was looking up in amazement at the huge arched cathedral ceilings which were approximately fifty feet high and made of a beautiful engraved stone. I asked her who owned this place and she responded, two Jewish men. I then looked up and saw two gigantic ancient doors made of dark brown brass. Engraved in gold leaf in these doors were the words: "Tallit and Tekiah".
 
When I woke up I recorded this dream and went back to sleep. Two hours later I had another dream where I went back to that place and this time I heard anointed music playing in the atmosphere. I was talking to a Jewish man with a long robe. I saw the two ancient doors again and in front of the man was a podium with the inscription: Isaiah 45
 
Isaiah 45:1-3
Thus says the Lord to His anointed, To Cyrus, whose right hand I have held - To subdue nations before him and loose the armor of kings, to open before him the Double Doors, so that the gates will not be shut: I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, That you may know that I, the Lord, who call you by your name am the God of Israel.
When I woke up the next morning I looked up the two words "Tallit and Tekiah" and found that the tallit is a Jewish prayer shawl and the tekiah is the sound that a shofar makes. This represents prayer and worship. This was the word that I received:
The Lord says I am raising up many prophetic voices from among you. There are many young eagles in training. As many of them are hidden away, some are in the fields, some are in the market place but each one is spending time in the secret place. They are in intercession and worshiping Me as they are preparing their hearts for what I have for them. These young eagles are being raised up to proclaim My prophetic voice and My Word to the nations. When they come before you, embrace them and do not refuse them because they are being sent forth as My representatives. Do not judge them by their outward appearance, education, inadequacies or lack of stamina. They are My chosen generation who will go forth with great power and anointing. They are warriors and have no fear of the enemies revenge. I will release to them the treasures of darkness and the hidden riches of secret places and you will be amazed what I am about to do with their lives says the Lord."

Are you TELLING God what YOU want?

So this morning, while getting my youngest daughter (4 years old by the way) ready for school; says to me "Mommy I don't want you to do my hair!" I did not respond! A few moments later she begins to go on about how she doesn't like getting her hair done and she wants to leave it the way it is...So I say to her "So you want to go to school with your hair a mess?" Her reply was "Just put it in one ponytail!" Now I could have done the one ponytail but i know that one ponytail does not last very long! So frustrated by this point, my response was "Stop telling me what you want! I am going to do it the way I want to!"

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord . For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8, 9 KJV)

Children of God, please...Let us stop telling God what "WE" want and just ask for HIS will to be done in every aspect of our lives! He knows what He is doing and what is best for us! Let us not run from His will! Let us not try and hide from His plans for our lives! Although we may not like sitting through all the pain! Although we may be getting antsy, let us rest in The Lord and ask Him for His peace that surpasses all of our understanding, so that we may get through our process, for His Glory and in due time! Lord help us get through our process! SELAH (pause and think about that)!

Yay...I am so Excited...Talk about Purpose...

When Lord When...

When Lord When are you going to show up! When Lord when are you going to do what you promised! When Lord When will you pour out your spirit upon all flesh and allow signs, wonders and miracles to fill the earth! When Lord when shall I fulfill my Purpose in you! When Lord when shall my prophesies be fulfilled! A prophet you are, a teacher you are, you have the power to heal the sick and cast out devils in my name...Well when Lord when will it be made manifest in the earth realm!

My grace is sufficient my child, my strength is made perfect in your weakness! Rest in me daily, the Lord and I will give you strength! Don't grow weary for I am with you, every need you have shall be fulfilled when I am sure you are ready to handle it with care! Don't stress and don't fret because I hear your cries! Four Boyfriends...

Once upon a time there was a girl who had four boyfriends.

She loved the fourth boyfriend the most and adorned him with rich robes and treated him to the finest of delicacies. She gave him nothing but the best.

She also loved the third boyfriend very much and was always showing him off to neighboring kingdoms. However, she feared that one day he would leave her for another.

She also loved her second boyfriend. He was her confidant and was always kind, considerate and patient with her. Whenever this girl faced a problem, she could confide in him, and he would help her get through the difficult times.

The girl's first boyfriend was a very loyal partner and had made great contributions in maintaining her wealth and kingdom. However, she did not love the first boyfriend, although he loved her deeply, she hardly took notice of him! 

One day, the girl fell ill and she knew her time was short. She thought of her luxurious life and wondered, 'I now have four boyfriends with me, but when I die, will I be alone.'

Thus, she asked the fourth boyfriend, 'I loved you the most, endowed you with the finest clothing and showered great care over you. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?

'No way!', replied the fourth boyfriend, and he walked away without another word.

His answer cut like a sharp knife right into her heart.

The sad girl then asked the third boyfriend, 'I loved you all my life. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?' 'No!', replied the third boyfriend. 'Life is too good! When you die, I'm going to marry someone else!' Her heart sank and turned cold.

She then asked the second boyfriend, 'I have always turned to you for help and you've always been there for me. When I die, will you follow me and keep me company?'

'I'm sorry, I can't help you out this time!', replied the second boyfriend. 'At the very most, I can only walk with you to your grave.'

His answer struck her like a bolt of lightning, and the girl was devastated.

Then a voice called out: 'I'll go with you. I'll follow you no matter where you go.' The girl looked up, and there was her first boyfriend. He was very skinny as he suffered from malnutrition and neglect.

Greatly grieved, the girl said, 'I should have taken much better care of you when I had the chance!'

In truth, you have four boyfriends in your lives:

Your fourth boyfriend is your body. No matter how much time and effort you lavish in making it look good, it will leave you when you die.

Your third boyfriend is your possessions, status and wealth.When you die, it will all go to others.

Your second boyfriend is your family and friends. No matter how much they have been there for you, the furthest they can stay by you is up to the grave. 

And your first boyfriend is your spirit. Often neglected in pursuit of wealth, power and pleasures of the world. 

However, your spirit is the only thing that will follow you where ever you go. Cultivate, strengthen and cherish it now, for it is the only part of you that will follow you to the throne of God and continue with you throughout Eternity.

Thought for the day: Remember, when the world pushes you to your knees, you're in the perfect position to pray.

Many are growing Weary, Many are Ready to give up and THIS is NORMAL and this too SHALL pass! We are CLOSER than we think! Triumph from THIS battle is on the Horizon!  Keep Your Shield of Faith and Your Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God CLOSE to You...The Enemy is lurking, circling around waiting for you to put them down...DON'T! HOLD ON...I know your Armor is Getting Heavy and has some damage but the Lord is Repairing your Armor and Renewing Your strength AS you fight!

Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. (Joshua 1:7 KJV)

So...Why NOT...

Well at church on Christmas Sunday my girls were asked "Did u get everything you wanted today!" and my response was "We don't celebrate the Tradition of Christmas!" and I tell you...I Loved
my sister's response and facial expression..."Do You Mind Sharing?" she asked, with this CLASSIC look on her face...LOL...

My husband and I had decided not to celebrate this tradition last year, although this position had been brought to me a couple years before and I REJECTED it! Well...So although I am clear as to our decision not to celebrate it, the thought of how to explain it to others filled my mind! So this was my first real opportunity to share my reason!

When I got home that night and played the conversation back in my mind I thought to myself, why and the world is it so important to me to have an "explanation" in the first place? There is no explanation Really...Question: "So...Why Not? Why don't you celebrate Christmas?"...Answer: "Because it has nothing to do with Christ!"...End of Answer!

Now here is where the "Possibility" of an "Explanation" can occur...because people desire "Answers & Explanations" to what they don't understand or what they disagree with...but what I learned this same day at church, in over hearing another conversation going on, is that if a person doesn't Recognize, Acknowledge, Believe and Respect the God in a person and in their ability to receive Revelation from God, it doesn't matter what the "explanation is", they WILL NOT Receive from that person!

I'm not sure at what point Jesus was incorporated into the Christmas tradition, nor do I really Care...what I do care about though is the Story in the Bible that says that Gifts were brought to "JESUS" a "KING" whose birth was Prophesied and Fulfilled...So how is it that we believe we are to Exchange gifts with one another? None of us hold the Deity of a King and none of our births were Prophesied as to be the Savior of the World! Note that there were MANY Kings back then but Jesus is a HOLY KING...and the ONLY one worthy of such Gifts! We have it all backwards and then have the nerve to say "We are Honoring/Celebrating the birth of Christ"...HOW...What do we ACTUALLY do for Christ on the day of Christmas...December 25th? Really...Think about it...

The Spirit of "Love", "Peace", "Unity", "Family", "Togetherness" and being kind and helpful to the "Poor & Needy" should be done all year around! We need to STOP taking what is TOLD to us (whether it makes sense or not) and run with it and hold onto it like the law of the Kingdom...we should be honoring Jesus Christ with our lives...Everyday!

Listen and know, I am NOT here to provide THE biblical response...Trust and Believe there are MANY people God gave Revelation with Scripture, declaring why it is not pleasing to God to practice such traditions...GOOGLE it...LOL...What I am saying is as for me and my house Revelation was given and we took heed and made a "CHOICE" not to do it! It's up to you to make a decision to "Want" to know the truth about Christmas and then seek Revelation from God for yourself!

Jesus is Preparing His Remnant...He is tearing down traditions and Fulfilling His Word and He is looking for those who will lay down EVERYTHING and FOLLOW Him! The question then becomes: "What Do You LOVE more...?". Be careful though...Don't hold onto anything too tight because the Word says you will loose it..

(KJV) Matthew 16:25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

Be reminded that our thoughts are not the Lords and our ways not His either...So be careful what your reject or think of it as "can't be"...This is why Peter got rebuked:

(KJV) Matthew 16:23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

Shhhhh.....Don't Tell...

Okay..So....I've been thinking........

Why Do MANY people of God "Publicly" and "Brag-A-Doe-She-Ously" Broadcast "WHO" they are in Christ?

So of course many of my thoughts and questions lately have come as a result of my browsing Facebook....I went to someone's page to request friendship and I looked to their info tab...Well it began to speak about them...Saying:

They were an Apostolic, Prophetic, Chief Prelate of the Association of the Bishops of the Scribes of the Temple of the Kingdom....Then it began to read with their Qualifications...Like a Resume...Saying "I can Heal the Sick, I can Drive Out Demons, I can Prophesy with Flawless Accuracy and I can Do All of this and More With Signs and Wonders Following!  Call me for Speaking Engagements"!  Well of course this is an exaggeration but...

WOW......

So then I thought "Following the Leader"...Jesus is Our ULTIMATE Leader...My...Our...Example of how to behave in Ministry....

"{14} Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, PREACHING the gospel of the kingdom of God, {15} And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel." - {Mar 1:14-15 KJV}

This Scripture is telling me that we ARE to go...and Preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of God....Calling all those we come in contact with to Repent...Ok...And if we read further in this chapter of Mark, it further shows me that in our Preaching, we will be met and pursued by those that are sick and in need of healing and those that are bound and afflicted with demonic possession, that we should be FILLED with COMPASSION and by the Power of the Holy Spirit...freeing them...Okay...Got it.....BUT....I also Noticed something else VERY Important....Check it out.......  

(KJV) Mark 1:34 And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and [*SUFFERED NOT the devils to speak], [because] they [KNEW him].

*Suffer: v. 2 tolerate or allow

Hmmmmmm....He suffered "NOT"-Didn't ALLOW them 2 speak....WHY.....?   Jesus did NOT want the demons to speak as the Word says...they (the demons) "KNEW" Him!  Hmmm....Here is Another one....

(KJV) Mark 1:25 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, [Hold thy peace], and come out of him.

And What About this one....

"{43} And he straitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away; {44} And saith unto him, [See thou say NOTHING to any MAN:] but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them." - {Mar 1:43-44 KJV}

Why didn't Jesus want people bragging on Him, His Abilities, The Power He possessed from Heaven, being the Son of God....(Thanks to my Brother Pastor Williams for this one-Selah - Pause and think about that One...LOL)


These next Scriptures are definitely FOOD for THOUGHT....

"{45} But he (the man Jesus Healed) went out, and began to publish [it] MUCH, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter." - {Mar 1:45 KJV}

and

(KJV) Mark 1:28 And immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee.

PEOPLE OF GOD.....I ADMONISH YOU......

Allow Your {Works} to Speak {For You} Let those You Heal, Deliver & Set Free by and through the Power of God, Go forth and Proclaim who {YOU} are In God...Selah....

(KJV) Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

We are to be like Christ, as He is our Example...He didn't walk about BROADCASTING His Works....He told some NOT to tell {Man} of what He had done...He even Shut up demons from speaking because {THEY} knew who He was and was Speaking of Who He was in public to EVERYONE around. So Let's Talk...

Ok, So...Why is it we have so many "Word Of Mouth CHRISTIANS" but Not Many "LIVE the LIFE CHRIST-ians"?

And Why is it that I see So Many "God is Good" Tweets and Status Updates, followed by Bleep, Bleep, &%#$ and #@@&*^ Bleep Blankety Blank?

Hmmmm...

Then my mind travels to those that say "See...That's Why I don't Go to Church because the Pastor is Stealing all the Money and The People Are So Phony and Deceitful"...

Well what I want to know is....SINCE WHEN HAS "GOD" and "JESUS CHRIST" or the "HOLY SPIRIT" do those things, been involved in that sort of behavior or condone that behavior?  Even those that OPENLY Call themselves "SINNERS" or "BACKSLIDDEN" can tell you in a minute when a "CHRIST-ian" Sins or when a "CHRIST-ian" is behaving in a manner which does not represent Christ according to the parts of the bible they have read or heard about....So Why can't They..."Openly Said Sinners and Backsliders" GRASP the fact that it all boils down to a "PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP" with God...

That is what HE WANTS!  

Hmmmmm......

So...the thing is...God wants YOU....

As it relates to YOU and HIM...He is NOT concerned with the "Wrong Motive & Hidden Agenda Preachers"....Nor is He is concerned with the "Church Members that aren't Living a Surrendered life dedicated for HIM"....He Just Wants YOU...

He wants Your Heart, He wants to Manifest Himself/Reveal Himself/Show Himself to YOU, so HE can Perform HIS Plan and Will THROUGH YOU...So that YOU May be a Witness FOR Him, to the "Wrong Motive & Hidden Agenda Preachers" and to the "Church Members who haven't Submitted their Members to Him"!

Are You Living or Are You Dead?

I just happened to be scanning the timeline on Twitter and Facebook just a bit ago, not really reading....just scanning!  The only think that kept standing out to me was "Apostle" so and so..."Bishop" so and so...."Prophetic Apostolic Prophet" so and so..."Evangelist" so and so....and the list goes on....

Which is MORE important...the TITLE or the SERVICE of/behind the Title? 

What Does it Really Mean When You Desire People to KNOW who YOU are...Your STATUS in God?

Do You DESIRE that the People See GOD in YOU or the TITLE Preceding YOUR Name?

ARE YOU

The Address of the KINGDOM of GOD

So if the Kingdom of God is in You, Every time you pray the Lords Prayer you are praying for "His Kingdom" to be activated in You, to Carry out His will in the earth!  Use Your Authority by Activating​ the Kingdom of God in YOU!

Since we are the Lords hands and feet in the Earth, let us pray:

Be Teachable...

In this time of Acceleration, God I thank you for training Your Children "On the battlefield...as we speak"!  You are ALLOWING situations to come up in our midst that we have to War and Fight through, sharpening our skills, equipping us for the harder & larger battles! God I thank you for reminding Your Children that these things must come to TEACH us "How to Pray EFFECTIVELY, to TEACH us in the way, how to maneuver Your Sword, which is Ur Word! You are TEACHING us, with REAL LIFE situations how to stand FIRM, UNSHAKABLE & UNYIELDING to what you are saying in this hour and the hours to come!

Each Soldiers Test is different! Each Remnant Soldier, End Time Soldier's Tests are different because of Our Rank in You! Some have Difficult tests and others have Minor tests {but for them it is still Challenging and Everything to their survival}! 

Stay Strong and Proceed in Courage for the Lord knows the Plans that He has for you!

As long as we don't QUIT, we WILL receive the POWER...The GREATER Anointing, to do the GREATER works he spoke of... 

John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater [works] than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

Your Company...Do You Have One?

By the Grace & Mercy of God, speak through me Holy Spirit...I heard something today via a YouTube Video (Video Below) that I didn't think twice of.  Then I read a post on Facebook containing a verse in Luke 2 and I decided to read the whole chapter! Well, still not putting 2 & 2 together...in my prayer time, moments ago I was asking the Lord to Endow His Remnant with the attributes that Hezekiah and Moses had that moved God to change His position on His Wrath & Judgement! This then lead me to thoughts of God's Wrath & Judgement.  This then started to stir up a little fear in me, then I began praying for God to give His Remnant the POWER to endure what's coming! Then is when I started putting pieces together (YouTube Video & Luke Chp 2-Look at both)!

Please, I Admonish US to NOT take our Facebook & Twitter time for Granted! Let us begin to make Kingdom Connections NOW (gathering people's info OFF of these Social Sites) as there WILL be a time when we WON'T have ACCESS to them! Let us begin to BUILD (If not already) our "COMPANY"!

Luke 2:44 But they, supposing him to have been in the "COMPANY", went a day's journey; and they sought him among [their] KINSFOLK and ACQUAINTANCE (their COMPANY)!

Why did they travel in a Company? Then I was reminded of a dream I had last night:

In the crowded streets, people shopping and hanging out...Two men ran out passed me, from out of their booths (shops) holding wooden axes...They ran down these two young girls and began to chop them up with their axes (I believe in their neck area) and begin to eat their flesh in broad day light, in the street in front of all those that were shopping... 

I believe we will need our COMPANY for POWER, ANOINTING, PROTECTION & RESOURCES for and in the WORSE case scenarios like in my dream above!

Again...Let us NOT take our INTERNET time for Granted! Let us begin to make KINGDOM CONNECTIONS...NOW because we never know when we will need THEM!
